For this application cycle, all of our talents will debut with pre-made models.

What should my video submission include?

The 5-minute video serves as an opportunity for you to express your amazingness and how you would be a good fit. There is no single way to approach the video. However, we strongly recommend you be yourself in the audition and show off your talents. If you require a pointer, we suggest dedicating around a minute to highlight your streams if you have prior experience as well as a few minutes to showcase your creativity. But most importantly, do what makes you feel comfortable as a content creator!

Is prior live streaming experience a requirement?

Prior live streaming experience will be heavily favored in our decision-making process. However, a demonstration of commitment to a transferable skill will be equally considered.

Can I apply even if I'm not in the U.S.?

Anyone from anywhere is welcome to apply! However, we will consider your schedule logistics (whether you would be able to collaborate with others and attend meetings with U.S.-based staff) when making our decisions.

The most important trait that we are looking for in our talents is being open-minded and willing to take on new challenges. Aegis-Link’s vision is for our community to be inclusive and accepting of people from all sorts of backgrounds. We appreciate those who can thrive in a group environment and are proactive in their communications. Skills that are transferable to streaming content (such as music production, art, video games, story-telling, etc.) will be considered favorably.

During the application cycle, Aegis-Link will review applications on a rolling basis and invite applicants for an interview. All applicants will be notified whether they have passed the application process within two weeks of the end of the application period.

You will be asked which character you would be interested in applying for in the application and your portrayal of such model in your audition video will be evaluated.
