Our Mission
Aegis-Link is a VTuber Agency that aims to trailblaze the growing VTubing industry by enriching the greater community experience of VTubing. We will strive to establish a platform for unique individuals to connect, collaborate, and produce a plethora of expressive content that brings joy to all.
Our Goals
Aegis-Link will establish its goals from a long-term perspective. We will prioritize our time and resources to cultivate a rich and inclusive community. As a VTuber agency, our core belief will center around the undeniable fact that our talents are what make the agency and foster our community.
We must demonstrate to our talents and our community that we are a "Talent-first Agency." To do so, we will measure our agency’s growth on the performance of our values: (1) Confidence, (2) Trust, and (3) Unity. We will evaluate the growth from the perspective of all community members involved including talents, viewers, management, artists, editors, sponsors, and other affiliates.

As an employee-owned agency, we are not bound to external shareholder financial duties such as profit maximization. Instead, we will demonstrate our commitment to our goals by designing our business operations around the core values of talent confidence, community trust, and agency inclusivity. By using our core values as our growth metric, the greater community can hold us accountable for our duties to our talents and viewers. Ultimately we wish to prove through our actions that we mean what we say.

It is an undeniable fact that the talent agency business revolves around the success of its talents. Therefore, proper care, support, and encouragement of our talents are pivotal for the talents to succeed. By prioritizing our talents' success, there is a mutual relationship in which talents can grow their VTuber career and we can develop our brand. Inclusion
We aim to be an all-inclusive VTuber community. This starts from our plans to be mixed-gender, accepting a colorful array of talents, and participating in a wide variety of projects. Our ideal is to be able to provide our viewers with content that they can enjoy with our diverse cast. Additionally, we aim to portray ourselves not only as a collective of individuals, but as a unified group such that viewers are captivated by not only a specific talent, but entertained by our talents' group dynamics.
